"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. He (I wish I knew his name) seemed to complete his tasks efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and gave a thorough rendition of the condition of our AC unit. "Our Sunday started with the air-conditioner not cooling our home. Monday same thing but not sure if it just couldnt keep up with the high temps. Tuesday decided to call Hartmans heating & Air Conditioning Very. Busy but said they would send a tec out on Thursday. Tec came we talked and he went to work to find the problem, We need a new start up switch , it was installed and after all his checking he gave us a smile and said we are back with the air conditioning working,, We have been with Hartmans for many years and are always so grateful, thankful for their help. "I've had Hartman's install new Bryant H/Vac systems in 2 houses now and I've been pleased with the outcome at both houses. They are local, on time and reasonably priced. I've had a couple minor problems and Hartman Bros treated me fairly and took care of the issues. You don't buy 2 complete H/Vac systems from someone you don't trust or has treated you unfairly."
