"22 years ago Hartman's installed our furnace/AC. When the unit recently started having serious issues Hartman's tried to repair the unit, spending a few hours but the aging unit had given all it could and wouldn't stay fired after the flame sense was cleaned and the rest of the unit examined.
That tech, who's name I have unfortunately lost - possibly Jim, thoroughly explained everything during his inspection so I could relay the information to my husband.
After I discussed financing options with Hartman's for the replacement Rick Hartman cared for every detail and made the transition seamless. Our issue began on 3/10 and the replacement unit was installed on 3/14; a needed part was driven overnight to meet the installation date. Kevin and Jason from the install crew were very knowledgeable, professional and quickly fabricated a 3 in metal base for a perfect fit. This crew comes prepared! Josh set the unit air force specs 4 times until we found my personal preference. Roger Hartman came out during installation to give us our paperwork and check with the install crew. The installation was completed in 7 hrs and the crew never took a break! I would hire Hartman's any day for a red carpet customer service satisfaction experience with a company that has a great reputation, a friendly and professional crew with many years of accumulated experience, all the employees clearly work well together and have excellent knowledge and workmanship and work ethics. I highly recommend Hartman's, you won't be disappointed. They not only arrived on time but we're actually a little early!

"I had ample notice of arrival via text. Technician picture was provided for safety and I appreciated that. Kept a clean work area and wore shoe covers inside the house. I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. The technician reached out to the office and clarified for me—the office was prompt with answers and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. "Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!"

"Our AC went out and they sent someone out within a few hours and the problem was fixed quickly. With our service membership we also got a discount so the repair price was reasonable. "Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... Vicky was fabulous through it all and the guys were wonderful. They ended up working after hours and got it all fixed... Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my puppies. We're cool again!!"
