"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. "Furnace wasn’t working on Friday morning after thanksgiving. Called Hartman Brothers. They were able to get here in the early afternoon. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. Communication was excellent. Price was more than I expected, but understand that parts for 20+ year old furnace are not inexpensive."
