    2. 30 day warranty on labor
    3. 10% discount on purchase of new or optional equipment
    4. 10% discount on repair parts
    5. Discounted after hours emergency trip charge. Normally $185.00 reduced to $95.00 plus repair parts or $65.00 trip charge if repair is performed Monday thru Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Plus repair parts.

Preferred Plan includes:
  • One Furnace tune-up
  • One Air Conditioner tune-up
    1. Discounted servicing rate
    2. 90 day warranty on labor
    3. 10% discount on purchase of new or optional equipment
    4. 15% discount on repair parts
    5. Discounted after hours emergency trip charge. Normally $185.00 reduced to $65.00 plus repair parts or no trip charge if repair is performed Monday thru Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Plus repair parts.

Platinum Plan includes:
  • One Furnace tune-up
  • One Air Conditioner tune-up
    1. Discounted servicing rate
    2. Complete labor warranty
    3. 10% discount on purchase of new or optional equipment
    4. 20% discount on repair parts
    5. No trip charge for any service call including after hours emergency calls.
    6. Includes all accessory items except the GAP filter.

"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

"I signed up for a service plan, as I’m not much of a handyman myself. They had a variety of payment options with the service plan, so I was able to start monthly payments, which works best for me. Our service person was polite, and he explained everything in terms I had no problems understanding. I had an additional issue with an attic duct being chewed through. He got up there and got pictures right away so they could put together an estimate. Same visit, no hassle. And because of the service plan, there was no charge for the system check. I just let him in, showed him around, and he worked his magic. No regrets here. There’s a very good chance I’ll just keep up this service plan for the entire time I own my home."
