We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. The technician reached out to the office and clarified for me—the office was prompt with answers and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. "Had to call to have our furnace checked out since it stopped working. Called Hartman Brothers at 8:00 a.m. on a Friday and they had someone come to the house that same day. "Our AC went out and they sent someone out within a few hours and the problem was fixed quickly. With our service membership we also got a discount so the repair price was reasonable.
