"Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. "My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that!
