"Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. It’s never a good idea to ignore a furnace smell. Except that burning dust smell that often occurs at start-up, an odor can indicate a serious problem. Smells serve as warnings that it’s time to have an HVAC pro evaluate it for safety.
