"22 years ago Hartman's installed our furnace/AC. When the unit recently started having serious issues Hartman's tried to repair the unit, spending a few hours but the aging unit had given all it could and wouldn't stay fired after the flame sense was cleaned and the rest of the unit examined.
That tech, who's name I have unfortunately lost - possibly Jim, thoroughly explained everything during his inspection so I could relay the information to my husband.
After I discussed financing options with Hartman's for the replacement Rick Hartman cared for every detail and made the transition seamless. Our issue began on 3/10 and the replacement unit was installed on 3/14; a needed part was driven overnight to meet the installation date. Kevin and Jason from the install crew were very knowledgeable, professional and quickly fabricated a 3 in metal base for a perfect fit. This crew comes prepared! Josh set the unit air force specs 4 times until we found my personal preference. Roger Hartman came out during installation to give us our paperwork and check with the install crew. The installation was completed in 7 hrs and the crew never took a break! I would hire Hartman's any day for a red carpet customer service satisfaction experience with a company that has a great reputation, a friendly and professional crew with many years of accumulated experience, all the employees clearly work well together and have excellent knowledge and workmanship and work ethics. I highly recommend Hartman's, you won't be disappointed. They not only arrived on time but we're actually a little early!

"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! He also showed me where to turn my water off for future reference. Another great experience with Hartman!!"
