"Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! We here in the Midwest know that powerful winter storms are likely to move through every year, and that means being ready for them. Sometimes, those storms bring major inconveniences, such as an interruption in power. Trees fall onto power lines, or the lines snap under the weight of ice.
