"Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed. Research shows that the air in most homes is much more polluted than the air found outdoors. You may wonder how that could be in your own home. After all, you are likely scrupulous about keeping it cleaned.
