He (I wish I knew his name) seemed to complete his tasks efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and gave a thorough rendition of the condition of our AC unit. "Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... Vicky was fabulous through it all and the guys were wonderful. They ended up working after hours and got it all fixed... Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my puppies. We're cool again!!"

"Our AC went out and they sent someone out within a few hours and the problem was fixed quickly. With our service membership we also got a discount so the repair price was reasonable. I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally they fixed the problem especially in the middle of summer when they must get a lot of AC calls. Will definitely continue to use Hartman Bros."

In normal operation, all burner flame action should be restricted to the combustion chamber and should appear as a clean, blue flame emitted by the burner jets.
