"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

"Our Sunday started with the air-conditioner not cooling our home. Monday same thing but not sure if it just couldnt keep up with the high temps. Tuesday decided to call Hartmans heating & Air Conditioning Very. Busy but said they would send a tec out on Thursday. Tec came we talked and he went to work to find the problem, We need a new start up switch , it was installed and after all his checking he gave us a smile and said we are back with the air conditioning working,, We have been with Hartmans for many years and are always so grateful, thankful for their help. "Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. He (I wish I knew his name) seemed to complete his tasks efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and gave a thorough rendition of the condition of our AC unit.
