"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! He also showed me where to turn my water off for future reference. Another great experience with Hartman!!"

"I signed up for a service plan, as I’m not much of a handyman myself. They had a variety of payment options with the service plan, so I was able to start monthly payments, which works best for me. Our service person was polite, and he explained everything in terms I had no problems understanding. I had an additional issue with an attic duct being chewed through. He got up there and got pictures right away so they could put together an estimate. Same visit, no hassle. And because of the service plan, there was no charge for the system check. I just let him in, showed him around, and he worked his magic. No regrets here. There’s a very good chance I’ll just keep up this service plan for the entire time I own my home."

Remember how skittish your pet was when you first brought it home? HVAC technicians encounter the same nervousness from animals with other people’s pets. While it can be a bit uncomfortable for the worker, it’s worse for your pet whose territory is being invaded by a stranger who carries strange tools and equipment and makes noise.
