"Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed. Jim did all of that and we appreciate the excellent service provided."

"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

"I've had Hartman's install new Bryant H/Vac systems in 2 houses now and I've been pleased with the outcome at both houses. They are local, on time and reasonably priced. I've had a couple minor problems and Hartman Bros treated me fairly and took care of the issues. You don't buy 2 complete H/Vac systems from someone you don't trust or has treated you unfairly."

"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. "We purchased our home just a few days ago and the heat was not working, and we were in single digit temps in this area. Josh, our tech, came out and checked everything out and discovered it was a programming issue on the digital thermostat. He set it correctly and heat is now working. The level of service of Hartman is phenomenal!
