"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"

Two of the most crucial parts of your HVAC system are the fans. The fan located outside in the condenser is involved exclusively with the air conditioner, and blows air over coils to release heat from the home's air. The one inside in the blower distributes conditioned air into the home. When these fans break, your HVAC system won't cool or heat your home.
