"Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed. Low water pressure problems can be extremely annoying. They make everyday activities like showering, filling the washing machine, and washing the dishes infuriatingly slow and challenging. You can always call a pro to fix the problems.
