"Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. He (I wish I knew his name) seemed to complete his tasks efficiently, cleaned up his workspace and gave a thorough rendition of the condition of our AC unit. "My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable!
