"I had ample notice of arrival via text. Technician picture was provided for safety and I appreciated that. Kept a clean work area and wore shoe covers inside the house. I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. The technician reached out to the office and clarified for me—the office was prompt with answers and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. "My experience was excellent. The furnace runs very quietly and before when it would come on and I was sleeping it came on so loud it would wake me up. I'm so pleased with Hartman Brothers.
My AC stopped working I thought it had something to do with my thermostat but Hartman's checked things out and found out someone turned the power off in the garage."

"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be.
