They gave us an appointment right away, and the technician knew what our issue was based on my husband's conversation with the scheduler. As a result, he came prepared to fix our problem. "Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient.
