"Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Heat pumps are economical and efficient way to both heat and cool your home. Although a heat pump has many advantages, it does have one serious limitation – with most standard models of air-source heat pump, the appliance struggles to maintain comfortable heating when temperatures fall below freezing. That's why they almost always come with an auxiliary, or backup/emergency heating method.
