"Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!"

"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. "Extremely pleased with their work! When I say I'm a picky customer, I really mean it (I'm a Training Manager for an HVAC manufacturer). These guys showed up precisely on time, were extremely courteous and professional, and did an outstanding job on my system. They were very careful moving the equipment to my mechanical room (not an easy task), did a very neat job on the install, and cleaned up so that everything was spotless when they left. I even gave them an opportunity to do a "shortcut" on my install, but they refused and said "that's not the way we do it." It was easy to tell that these techs took PRIDE in the work they were doing. I can't even begin to tell you how much I would recommend this small business from New Haven, IN to do any HVAC work. Bigger is not always better when it comes to choosing a furnace for your home. In fact, having an over-sized furnace can be counter-productive. Problems that can arise include reduced efficiency, uneven heating, and a shorter furnace lifespan, all of which can cost you your hard-earned money.
