"Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. "AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure.
