"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! "Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!"

"We reached out to Hartman Brothers as our previous place was actually rude and acted like didnt care as we had an issue with the AC. Our systems at that point were about 14 years old. We got a quote from previous place and i about fell off my chair. Called Hartman Brothers and asked if they could provide a quote for us on both and in AC alone. Super impressed as Rick came out next morning. Looked at what we currently had and that same day had a complete quote to us. We were scheduled for May 26 install however they had a cancellation and came out May 17. Both techs were super amazing. Talked with us with everything and answered all of our questions. They came out a little before 8am and everything was installed and working by 2pm. Cleaned up their stuff ( which was great as we have 3 dogs). Never have we experienced this type of professionalism from any company. We are all so pleased with Hartman Brothers including Vicki in the office. She was great helping me and explaining the maintenance agreement. If you ever need a great team you wont be disappointed with Hartman Brothers !
