"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! He also showed me where to turn my water off for future reference. Another great experience with Hartman!!"

"They worked me in early. Inspected and found the problem quickly. Explain the issues thoroughly and did not attempt to see me parts and services I did not need. They got the heat going temporarily and hope to have needed parts in a couple days."

If you live in a community with an HOA (homeowner’s association), it’s entirely possible that they have HVAC requirements about individual and shared systems. In most cases, HOAs enforce these rules. Considering the comfort and costs that are at stake, it’s helpful to be aware of them and conform to their guidelines.
