"Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. For as much as pets contribute to family life, homes with pets do have special considerations when it comes to their HVAC systems and indoor air quality.
