They went above my expectations to find my part do it didn't have to be ordered. My Trane furnace is old. "Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Well, Caleb didn't disappoint either. He loved my "big boy" and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner. "Josh at Hartman Brothers did a good job. He quickly figured out the problem and got it fixed for 1/3 the cost I was expecting! He did not "find" problems or try to get us to upgrade, just did exactly what we needed him to do. I would strongly recommend calling Hartman Brothers for installing or repairing your AC/Heating!"
