I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. The technician reached out to the office and clarified for me—the office was prompt with answers and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. "Our technician arrived as scheduled, was courteous at the door and asked if it was OK to come into the house, after which he put his booties over his work shoes. "Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"Our Sunday started with the air-conditioner not cooling our home. Monday same thing but not sure if it just couldnt keep up with the high temps. Tuesday decided to call Hartmans heating & Air Conditioning Very. Busy but said they would send a tec out on Thursday. Tec came we talked and he went to work to find the problem, We need a new start up switch , it was installed and after all his checking he gave us a smile and said we are back with the air conditioning working,, We have been with Hartmans for many years and are always so grateful, thankful for their help. "Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!"

We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer.
