"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. "Furnace wasn’t working on Friday morning after thanksgiving. Called Hartman Brothers. They were able to get here in the early afternoon. They diagnosed the problem and got it fixed quickly. Communication was excellent. Price was more than I expected, but understand that parts for 20+ year old furnace are not inexpensive."
