"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Well, Caleb didn't disappoint either. He loved my "big boy" and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner. Ice dams prevent your roof from draining properly. Water leaks, mold problems and structural damage can all result, and repair costs can be high. An ice dam occurs when warm air in your attic radiates upward, melting snow on the roof. When the resulting water reaches the bottom of the roof, which is much colder because of less heat in the thin section of underlying attic, it refreezes, resulting in a dam that forces additional melted snow to pool up behind it. That standing water eventually finds its way down into your attic and living spaces.
