"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"Extremely pleased with their work! When I say I'm a picky customer, I really mean it (I'm a Training Manager for an HVAC manufacturer). These guys showed up precisely on time, were extremely courteous and professional, and did an outstanding job on my system. Air conditioner troubleshooting comes in two flavors: The easy stuff you can do yourself and the technical problems should be left to an experienced HVAC professional. The DIY version mainly involves ruling out the obvious things that might result in a wasted service call. You may encounter a simple fault you can fix yourself. But if not, you’ll end up scheduling a service call to repair the problem. Still, because you’ve at least ruled out the obvious potential problem yourself, after air conditioner troubleshooting, you’ll have more confidence in what the technician recommends.
