"AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure.
He did a wonderful job finding and fixing the problem as quickly as possible. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. The technician seems to be knowledgeable and was very professional about his work."

"Extremely pleased with their work! When I say I'm a picky customer, I really mean it (I'm a Training Manager for an HVAC manufacturer). These guys showed up precisely on time, were extremely courteous and professional, and did an outstanding job on my system. They were very careful moving the equipment to my mechanical room (not an easy task), did a very neat job on the install, and cleaned up so that everything was spotless when they left. I even gave them an opportunity to do a "shortcut" on my install, but they refused and said "that's not the way we do it." It was easy to tell that these techs took PRIDE in the work they were doing. I can't even begin to tell you how much I would recommend this small business from New Haven, IN to do any HVAC work. A defective A/C condensate drain is a common cause of water damage inside homes. Condensate is simply water vapor condensed into liquid by contact with the cold evaporator coil in the A/C’s indoor air handler. Whenever your air conditioner is running it’s producing condensate — as many as 20 gallons on a humid day. As long as everything’s working right, the condensate is collected and diverted away down a line into your household drain system. If something goes wrong, however, gallons of water may end up spilled into your home — often before you even realize there’s a problem.
