"Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! Have you considered ductwork maintenance this spring along with the other HVAC preparations you’ll make for your cooling system? By including the ducts in the preparations, you can be sure that your system is running as efficiently as possible. As an added bonus, your air quality may also improve.
