"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. Have you considered ductwork maintenance this spring along with the other HVAC preparations you’ll make for your cooling system? By including the ducts in the preparations, you can be sure that your system is running as efficiently as possible. As an added bonus, your air quality may also improve.
