"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. Have you considered ductwork maintenance this spring along with the other HVAC preparations you’ll make for your cooling system? By including the ducts in the preparations, you can be sure that your system is running as efficiently as possible. As an added bonus, your air quality may also improve.
