"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. "My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! "AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure.
