"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. The HVAC industry welcomes diversity in terms of a person's background, gender, and ethnicity. Even so, there has always been a shortage of women who have decided to make it their career. To illustrate the impact that women in HVAC history have had on the industry, we would like to discuss two important standouts - Margaret Engels and Alice Parker.
The concept of HVAC has been around for thousands of years. The ancient Romans and Greeks used channels under marble flooring to distribute heat. However, it was until 1902 that the modern A/C idea was launched by Willis Carrier. Today's systems have experienced tremendous technological upgrades that make them significantly different from the older ones. Let's explore the recent HVAC history that has contributed to that.
