"Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... Vicky was fabulous through it all and the guys were wonderful. They ended up working after hours and got it all fixed... Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my puppies. We're cool again!!"

"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Well, Caleb didn't disappoint either. He loved my "big boy" and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner. Frozen pipes can cause tremendous damage; just one small crack can leak 250 gallons of water per day. According to State Farm, a quarter of a million homes are ruined annually due to leaks caused by frozen pipes. The good news is that the recent harsh winter is behind us, though that's not to say we won't get any more early-spring cold snaps. We shouldn't put anything past the winter of 2013-14.
