"Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! Also checked and placed order for ceiling heating unit for husband 's wood-working shop."

"Outstanding service from start to finish. I had an outside spigot dripping, I was afraid with the cold weather it would freeze up. Called and Roger was able to fit me in within a few hours. "My service was outstanding. They arrived within a few hours. The technician was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel better as I was upset and freezing with no heat. They went above my expectations to find my part do it didn't have to be ordered. My Trane furnace is old. "Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... Vicky was fabulous through it all and the guys were wonderful. They ended up working after hours and got it all fixed... Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my puppies. We're cool again!!"
