"Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!"

"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Ice dams prevent your roof from draining properly. Water leaks, mold problems and structural damage can all result, and repair costs can be high. An ice dam occurs when warm air in your attic radiates upward, melting snow on the roof. When the resulting water reaches the bottom of the roof, which is much colder because of less heat in the thin section of underlying attic, it refreezes, resulting in a dam that forces additional melted snow to pool up behind it. That standing water eventually finds its way down into your attic and living spaces.
