We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. "I had ample notice of arrival via text. Technician picture was provided for safety and I appreciated that. Kept a clean work area and wore shoe covers inside the house. I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance.
