"AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure.
He did a wonderful job finding and fixing the problem as quickly as possible. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

"We reached out to Hartman Brothers as our previous place was actually rude and acted like didnt care as we had an issue with the AC. Our systems at that point were about 14 years old. We got a quote from previous place and i about fell off my chair. Called Hartman Brothers and asked if they could provide a quote for us on both and in AC alone. Super impressed as Rick came out next morning. Looked at what we currently had and that same day had a complete quote to us. We were scheduled for May 26 install however they had a cancellation and came out May 17. Both techs were super amazing. Talked with us with everything and answered all of our questions. They came out a little before 8am and everything was installed and working by 2pm. Cleaned up their stuff ( which was great as we have 3 dogs). Never have we experienced this type of professionalism from any company. We are all so pleased with Hartman Brothers including Vicki in the office. She was great helping me and explaining the maintenance agreement. If you ever need a great team you wont be disappointed with Hartman Brothers ! Winters can be harsh in our region, so most of us are not going to have the opportunity to open a window now and then for ventilation. We still need some fresh air to improve our indoor air quality over the winter. Ventilation, be it an open window or a dedicated ventilation system, can get fresh air in and let stale air out.
Closing up the house and turning on the furnace sure makes things cozy in winter -- although sometimes it's a little too cozy for comfort. The fact is, an airtight home can be downright stuffy.
Flinging open a window to get some fresh air may seem counter-intuitive. With the furnace on, aren't we wasting money, letting warm air out and cold air in? Yes, if you leave the window open for long, or open it too wide, that might be the case. But once the furnace cycles off, it really won't hurt to crack a window now and then to let in some fresh air, and let some of the stale air out.
