"My toilet was not functioning correctly and i was going to call someone to fix... my son in law said call Hartman...i think they do plumbing, too. I didn't know that! Hartman has taken care of my heating/air since 2001 so i didn't even hesitate to call! Brad was great and was able to remedy the issue quickly. He was polite and knowledgeable! He also showed me where to turn my water off for future reference. Another great experience with Hartman!!"

"We reached out to Hartman Brothers as our previous place was actually rude and acted like didnt care as we had an issue with the AC. Our systems at that point were about 14 years old. We got a quote from previous place and i about fell off my chair. Called Hartman Brothers and asked if they could provide a quote for us on both and in AC alone. Super impressed as Rick came out next morning. Looked at what we currently had and that same day had a complete quote to us. We were scheduled for May 26 install however they had a cancellation and came out May 17. Both techs were super amazing. Talked with us with everything and answered all of our questions. They came out a little before 8am and everything was installed and working by 2pm. Cleaned up their stuff ( which was great as we have 3 dogs). Never have we experienced this type of professionalism from any company. We are all so pleased with Hartman Brothers including Vicki in the office. She was great helping me and explaining the maintenance agreement. If you ever need a great team you wont be disappointed with Hartman Brothers ! "Brian showed me what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and explained everything so I could understand. He spoke to Vicki at the office regarding a needed part that would have to be ordered. They could have slapped a generic part on, but it would have only been a short-term fix. Instead of taking the easy way out, they are getting the part made for my unit so it will stay fixed, and they are coming back to finish the job as soon as they have the part. Hartman Brothers is ethical, knowledgeable, friendly, and they do the job right! I highly recommend them!"
