"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be. "Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Well, Caleb didn't disappoint either. He loved my "big boy" and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner. "Jim went over and above as he identified a problem that other techs had not noted in the 2 years prior and took the time to educate us on the issue. We also had questions about our thermostat settings and while in our home, Jim researched and found the answer. Great service isn’t always knowing it all, but rather assessing situations, thoughtfully problem solving, and seeking answers from others when needed.
