"I signed up for a service plan, as I’m not much of a handyman myself. They had a variety of payment options with the service plan, so I was able to start monthly payments, which works best for me. Our service person was polite, and he explained everything in terms I had no problems understanding. I had an additional issue with an attic duct being chewed through. He got up there and got pictures right away so they could put together an estimate. Same visit, no hassle. And because of the service plan, there was no charge for the system check. I just let him in, showed him around, and he worked his magic. No regrets here. There’s a very good chance I’ll just keep up this service plan for the entire time I own my home."

"Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday... "Ked came on time for my semi-annual scheduled appointment, checked out the furnace and changed the filter. He spent a considerable amount of time trying to track and fix a problem with my smart hub, but stayed with it until we think it is fixed. This is the third HVAC system I have purchased from Hartman Brothers over the past 40 years and I have always been pleased with their service, product and personnel. That is why I still use them. Took them awhile to convince me the annual maintenance program is a good deal, but with all the electronics in the new systems, the system needs care and feeding from a professional! I am glad I finally listened!"
