"I had ample notice of arrival via text. Technician picture was provided for safety and I appreciated that. Kept a clean work area and wore shoe covers inside the house. I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. "Excellent tech, found problem and repaired. Boiler had cracked wire cover, wrapped so it wouldn't arc and proceeded to order replacement. Also checked AC and showed husband where to shut off on outside so unit wouldn't kick on at same time everyday for just a minute or two,, even though AC was off for winter. Great Tech, Great Service! Also checked and placed order for ceiling heating unit for husband 's wood-working shop."
