I had questions about the maintenance plan I had purchased in advance. The technician reached out to the office and clarified for me—the office was prompt with answers and the technician was very friendly, helpful and professional. We will certainly continue to purchase the annual maintenance visits with Hartman Brothers!"

"I've had Hartman's install new Bryant H/Vac systems in 2 houses now and I've been pleased with the outcome at both houses. They are local, on time and reasonably priced. I've had a couple minor problems and Hartman Bros treated me fairly and took care of the issues. You don't buy 2 complete H/Vac systems from someone you don't trust or has treated you unfairly."

"Every thing went well, even though he had bad news that the unit needed to be replaced due to the fact that the unit was 18 years old and the refrigerant used in the day was R22 that it cant be purchased because of government regulations, now we will see what the estimate will be.
