"We purchased our home just a few days ago and the heat was not working, and we were in single digit temps in this area. Josh, our tech, came out and checked everything out and discovered it was a programming issue on the digital thermostat. He set it correctly and heat is now working. The level of service of Hartman is phenomenal! Remember the "good old days": lead paint covering children's toys, DDT in our pesticides, family vehicles without child safety seats, and mercury-filled thermostats. Increased research and advances in technology have revealed the dangers behind the use of all these once-accepted items. Change can be slow in coming. Mercury-filled thermostats may have served their purpose at one time, but it's definitely time for them to go.
