"Ked was my "usual" service tech for many years. He was always friendly & kind...and didn't mind letting my big dog say hi. He was always professional and efficient. I liked having the piece of mind in knowing my HVAC needs are met & running well. I have used their maintenance plan for many years now, and haven't been disappointed. Well, Caleb didn't disappoint either. He loved my "big boy" and had a great sense of humor. He was very thorough in servicing my air conditioner. I feel I get my money's worth from my maintenance plan each year. I love when they say, "Everything looks good, no problems. See you in the Fall.""

"My experience was excellent. The furnace runs very quietly and before when it would come on and I was sleeping it came on so loud it would wake me up. I'm so pleased with Hartman Brothers.
My AC stopped working I thought it had something to do with my thermostat but Hartman's checked things out and found out someone turned the power off in the garage."

"AMAZING customer service!! My a/c went out this weekend - yes, THIS weekend the hottest weekend of the year. I called the office and they were able to have a service technician out within 5 hours. The truck was a sight for hot and sore eyes for sure.
He did a wonderful job finding and fixing the problem as quickly as possible. 10/10 highly recommend!!"

If you equate saving money this heating season with turning the thermostat for the furnace down, you could be shivering unnecessarily. It could be possible to reduce the amount of time this hard-working appliance runs by cutting its heating load. Your home may be losing heat through all its cracks and crevices, or it could be seeping outdoors from the windows and insufficient insulation.
