Communication was excellent. Price was more than I expected, but understand that parts for 20+ year old furnace are not inexpensive."

"Love these people! We bought a brand new furnace and ac a year ago. For some crazy reason something happened to the ac Sunday when it was 91 degrees . I had a service guy here Sunday and Monday...
