"I signed up for a service plan, as I’m not much of a handyman myself. They had a variety of payment options with the service plan, so I was able to start monthly payments, which works best for me. Our service person was polite, and he explained everything in terms I had no problems understanding. I had an additional issue with an attic duct being chewed through. He got up there and got pictures right away so they could put together an estimate. Same visit, no hassle. And because of the service plan, there was no charge for the system check. I just let him in, showed him around, and he worked his magic. No regrets here. There’s a very good chance I’ll just keep up this service plan for the entire time I own my home."

"Our AC went out and they sent someone out within a few hours and the problem was fixed quickly. With our service membership we also got a discount so the repair price was reasonable. I was very impressed with how quickly and professionally they fixed the problem especially in the middle of summer when they must get a lot of AC calls. Will definitely continue to use Hartman Bros."

The fan located outside in the condenser is involved exclusively with the air conditioner, and blows air over coils to release heat from the home's air. The one inside in the blower distributes conditioned air into the home. When these fans break, your HVAC system won't cool or heat your home.
