Do You Know How Reduce VOC Exposure in Your Home?VOCs, or volatile organic compounds, are carbon-based gasses that are released from certain liquids and solids. VOCs are comprised of a variety of different chemicals that have both short- and long-term effects on your health. VOC concentrations are generally higher inside than they are outside, as a result of modern building processes that tend to make structures more airtight than they used to.

"Tech was polite, professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly to resolve the issue with my furnace. I inquired about the root cause of this recurring problem and he kindly explained what was occurring to prevent the furnace from igniting, and what he had done to resolve the current issue, which I appreciated very much! As always, I remain a happy Hartman Bros. customer!"

"Came home from work to find that my furnace wasn't working. Since the temperatures were extremely mild for November, I just left a message for them to call me the next day. Received a call by 7:25 am and told that the repair man would be there in approximately a half hour. He was at my house by 8:30 and he had it back running within 45 minutes. He went the extra step and made sure that there was no other possible issues before he left. I'd recommend Hartman Brothers Heating to anyone, they are courteous, reliable, knowledgeable and won't gouge you like some companies."

"We purchased our home just a few days ago and the heat was not working, and we were in single digit temps in this area. Josh, our tech, came out and checked everything out and discovered it was a programming issue on the digital thermostat. He set it correctly and heat is now working. The level of service of Hartman is phenomenal! Vickie in the office deserves a big thank you as the house was at 45 when I called and she saw to it that we were worked into their busy service request schedule."
